At Laura e Marco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order or ordered the wrong size, no problem — you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.


Return in 5 Easy Steps

  1. Send an email to info@laura-marco.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

  2. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem.

  3. We will review your request and reply with the next steps and the correct return address if your return is approved.

  4. Send your order to the address provided.

    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Always ensure your return package includes a tracking number.

    • Do not return any products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  5. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.


Exchange in 4 Easy Steps (for Size Issues)

  1. Send an email to info@laura-marco.com with your order number and a short description of the size issue.

  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the size received.

  3. We will review your request and reply with the next steps and the correct return address if approved.

  4. Send your order to the address provided.

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Please make sure your package includes a tracking number.

    • Contact us before sending any items back, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  5. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.


Exchange in 4 Easy Steps (for Defective Products)

  1. Send an email to info@laura-marco.com with photos or a short video clearly showing the defective product. Please include a short description of the issue.

  2. Our team will validate the product after reviewing your submission.

  3. If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

  4. Our customer service team will provide tracking details for your replacement so you can follow its delivery status.

Please note: If you choose a replacement, you are not eligible for a refund or another replacement for the same order.


Important Note

Always contact our customer service team before sending any product back to obtain the correct return address.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.


Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellations within 1 hour after order placement.
After this time, your order will already be in our system and prepared for dispatch, which prevents cancellation.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, delayed, or damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
We cannot be held liable for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
